Claim Information
Our carriers all have 24 Hour claims assistance standing by ready to speak with you. If you have your auto insurance card handy (we recommend keeping a copy in both your wallet and your car) it will have all the important contact numbers, as well as your policy number.
- Make sure everyone is ok and call 911 if necessary
- Remain calm, if another driver is involved don’t argue with them
- Move your vehicle out of harm’s way
- Contact police to file a report (in Tallahassee 850-891-4375)
- If someone else is involved, exchange information, including:
- Name, address and contact information
- License number
- Insurance information
- Witness information

If your home has suffered damage due to a fire or storm, or someone has suffered a serious injury on your property it is important to promptly file a claim with your carrier.
- Make sure everyone is ok and call 911 if necessary
- Document all damages with photos
- Find the contact number for your carrier from the list below and contact them as soon as it is safe
- Keep a record of your conversations with claims department. Jot down names, times, and numbers
- Request the direct contact number for your assigned claims adjustor
- Repair any damages that pose an imminent danger or risk, but wait for adjustor if possible
- If making repairs, keep all receipts, invoices, etc.
- Meet with adjustor to review damages
